Oct 08, 2018 · At 35 degrees my return water temps were at 108 degrees. When it hit -10 the water temp was at 150. It won't condense in the very cold temps but it will lower the firing rate to maintain the water temp. The boiler will run for hours at a time just matching the heat loss of the building and turning off when solar gain raises the temperature.
